Why Debelle

Why Choose Us

Selection by Workpiece, Not Forced Model Pushing

Send workpiece photos, dimensions and daily output — we deliver a selection proposal before discussing equipment. Transfer efficiency, edge coverage and color-change speed are all selection criteria.

Sample Spray Testing Before You Buy

Send us your workpiece samples and powder; we spray-test on real equipment and record video, providing transfer-efficiency data and recommended configuration before you commit to purchase.

Full-Line Capability, Not Just Guns

Powder supply systems, spray booths, recovery units, reciprocators and conveyor lines can all be matched, avoiding parameter mismatches from multi-vendor purchasing.

On-Site Commissioning & Training

After a new line starts up, we tune voltage, air pressure, gun distance and conveyor speed on site and fully train operators to reduce trial-production waste.

Long-Term Spare Parts Supply

Electrode needles, nozzles, Venturi pumps, powder hoses and other wear parts kept in stock to minimize downtime.

Open Technical Documentation

Selection guides, troubleshooting manuals and parameter comparison tables are published in the Knowledge section, so you can verify equipment fit before purchasing.

How Much Does a Powder Coating Gun Cost? Price Breakdown and Budget Ranges

Electrostatic powder coating gun prices range from a few thousand to tens of thousands. The difference is not in the "gun" but in the configuration. This breaks down manual guns, automatic guns and complete lines so you can work out your budget.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does an electrostatic powder gun cost?

A complete manual electrostatic powder gun set (gun body + high-voltage generator + powder hopper) typically falls in the low-thousands RMB range. Automatic guns and reciprocator coating lines are quoted based on workpiece size, output and automation level. Send workpiece photos and daily output, and our engineers will provide a selection proposal and accurate quotation.

What if the gun spits powder or won't deliver powder?

Check four things in order: 1) whether the powder hose is damp, caked or pinched; 2) whether fluidizing pressure in the hopper is too low for the powder to fluidize; 3) whether the nozzle and electrode needle are clogged with powder; 4) whether the powder pump (Venturi) is worn. Most spitting issues come from damp powder plus unstable air pressure.

Why is transfer efficiency low, or powder not adhering to edges and corners?

Common causes: electrostatic voltage too low or poor grounding, gun distance too far, powder particle size mismatch, or poor conductivity of workpiece hangers. Voltage, grounding resistance and gun distance need to be verified on site, then consider switching to a powder with matching particle size.

Can I send samples for spray testing before purchasing?

Yes. Sample spray testing is supported: you provide the workpiece samples and powder model, we test on actual equipment and record video, delivering transfer-efficiency data and recommended configuration so you can confirm results before purchasing.

Not Sure Which Model? Send Us Your Workpiece Photos

Provide workpiece dimensions, material, daily output and powder model, and we will deliver a selection proposal and configuration list.
